15 Ways To Feel Good About yourself
Saturday, March 1st, 20081. Work hard at something every day. Doing your best gives you something to look at and feel proud of yourself for!
2. Finish projects. We all (yes, I’m guilty here too!) have projects, crafts, etc that we started with the best of intentions and have never finished. Go through them and decide if they’re worth finishing. If yes, then finish it! If not, or you just don’t want to any more, give it away or get rid of it somehow. If you aren’t going to finish it then you don’t need it sitting around causing guilt!
3. Smile at everyone you meet.
4. Give more than you are asked for. What goes around comes around. Going the extra mile in your work, your family, acquaintances, will bring blessing to you in time.
5. Spend less than you earn.
6. Tell your loved ones that you love them! Don’t assume they know! Just because you told them this morning/yesterday/last week is no reason not to tell them again!

8. Set goals. Having something to strive for in the future keeps you looking ahead and not behind.
9. Forgive. Anger causes depression, illness, stress and affects your attitude and outlook. Forgiving is a gift you give yourself, it’s for you more than for the person that you’re forgiving.
10. When someone asks “How are you?” Tell them you’re Excellent, Outstanding or Fantastic!!! Smile as you declare it!
11. Enjoy good food and friends. We were created for relationship. Go out and invite friends over for coffee, dinner, cake, whatever takes your fancy. Sit, talk, laugh.
12. Learn something new. Keeping your mind active renews your brain cells and exercises your mental muscles.
13. Laugh. Every day. Even if you have to start fake laughing, do it. Soon you’ll be laughing for real. Laughter has been called “Jogging for your insides”.
14. Smile at yourself in the mirror every morning and evening.
15. Love yourself.
